About Electronic Communications Licences

Electronic Communications licences are issued under Part 3 of the Electronic Communications Act 2011.

There are three types of Electronic Communications licences:

  • Communications Operating Licence (COL)
  • Integrated Communications Operating Licence (ICOL)
  • Submarine Communication Operating Licence (SubCOL)
