Service Standards for Generation and Transmission, Distribution and Retail Licensees
Overview
This document sets out the Authority’s process to create service standards. It aims to both identify and provide an overview of the key performance indicators that it proposes to use in assessing the quality of customer service and the technical performance of the electricity network and generation plants. Specifically, the document sets out the Authority’s proposed performance measures.
