Review of the Electricity Sector Consultation 2023
Overview
In accordance with the Regulatory Authority Act 2011 (RAA), the RA must periodically conduct a comprehensive review of each regulated industry sector.
Executive Summary
The purpose of this Review of the Electricity Sector Consultation Document is for the RA to:
- present the main findings of RA’s assessment of the electricity sector in Bermuda,
- present the RA’s preliminary proposals to improve the efficiency of the current regulatory framework; and
- to consult with the public on matters revealed by the Assessment and the corresponding proposals to address the relevant matters.
