Regulatory Accounting Instructions
Overview
The purpose of this Consultation Document is to consult on the Regulatory Accounting Instructions (the “Instructions”) for the electricity sector in Bermuda. At the conclusion of the consultation process, the Authority will enact a General Determination setting forth the Instructions for the electricity sector. The same Instructions apply to all other bulk generation or TD&R licence holders in the electricity sector of Bermuda that are required to submit regulatory accounts to the Authority.
