Development of Transmission, Distribution and Retail (TD&R) Electricity License for Bermuda
Overview
The purpose of this Consultation Document is to consult on one of the electricity licenses — the TD&R Licence — which is proposed to be issued to Bermuda Electricity Light Company Limited (“BELCO”). At the conclusion of the consultation process, the Authority will enact a General Determination setting forth the TD&R Licence.
