Overview
The purpose of this pre-consultation is to provide industry participants and the general public with an opportunity to comment on the advisors’ preliminary recommendations and, where possible, to focus on key issues so that the Regulatory Authority can conduct a more efficient and productive consultation process when it begins operations in January 2013.
