Limited ICOL201305Rev1-754 and Telecommunications (Bermuda & West Indies) Limited ICOL201318Rev1-767 (together Digicel Bermuda) Change of Control Preliminary Report is for the RA to present the final decision regarding the proposed Digicel Bermuda’s Change of Control. Both entities are 100% subsidiaries of Wireless Holdings (Bermuda) Limited.
