The RA is inviting the public and other interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Report for the Review of the Retail Tariff Methodology GD. The Retail Tariff Methodology is a framework to calculate BELCO’s revenue allowance for providing service to its customers and to recover the costs in relation to procuring electricity.

The purpose of the Preliminary Report is to:

1. present the RA’s assessment of the responses to the Consultation Document (the “Consultation Document”);
2. present an updated Retail Tariff Methodology (the “Methodology”); and
3. present a draft General Determination (“GD”) and schedule.

At the end of the consultation process, the RA will issue a General Determination setting the Retail Tariff Methodology.
